About Fismuler
Fismuler launched in Madrid in 2016, the brainchild of Nino Redruello and Patxi Zumárraga, two ex-chefs from legendary former-best-restaurant-in-the-world El Bulli in the Costa Brava. Two years later, the brand expanded to Barcelona, after Jaime Santianes, another El Bulli alum, turned the duo into a trio. Despite the chefs’ considerable fine-dining pedigrees, you won’t find any spherifications or foams on Fismuler’s menu. Instead, the award-winning formula developed by these three young chefs is unfussy, understated, and packed with flavor: from the classic Spanish omelets and rice dishes to the unabashed decadence of the signature truffled veal escalope topped a slow cooked egg. Promising to become one of the hottest new gourmet restaurants in downtown Seville, Fismuler Seville will be overseen by Nino Redruello, marking the brand’s first opening in Andalusia.
